Explore Wuling in Taoyuan Mountain. Wuling Gorge · Taohuayuan is located in Guandu Town, Zhushan County, at the junction of the eastern foot of Bashan Mountain and Qinling Mountains, and is known as the first ecological gorge in Central China. The whole canyon is 33 kilometers long. The average cutting depth of the canyon is more than 1000 meters, and the average width is about 5 meters. Only one person can pass through the narrowest place. Li Siguang, a famous geologist, named it the Qingfeng Fault Zone. The mountains of Wuling Gorge are beautiful and steep. There are many large groups of karst caves, flying springs and waterfalls, winding ileums, and a line of blue sky. The original forests in the Gorge grow on the cliffs, blocking the sky and the sun. In the 33 km Wuling Gorge, there are two basins. The basin is closely surrounded by the precipitous Donkey Mountain, Sifang Village and Bijia Mountain. After visiting Wuling Gorge, Zhang Lianggao, a professor of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, wrote a poem, "Where can Wuling find its true source?
