Details
Toad Gudu is a famous traditional snack in Yun County. The main ingredient is cornmeal starch, which is simple and delicious. In the dialects of Xixia County and Yun County, Toad Gudu (Homer Guduner) refers to a tadpole. Because this kind of pasta is made like a tadpole in the water, it is called Toad Gudu, also known as the Homer Capital, Toad Capital, etc. It is also known as tadpole noodles. It is a good summer snack for all residents, old and young.
