The Legend of Yin Jifu

The legend of Yin Jifu, one of the national intangible cultural heritages, is a folk literature spread in Fangxian County, Shiyan. The content includes more than 30 folk stories related to Yin Jifu, such as The Legend of Yin Jifu's Family Temple and The Legend of Tianguan Tomb.

Yunyang Phoenix Lantern Dance

Yunyang Phoenix Lantern Dance originated in the Guangxu period of the Qing Dynasty (1883 AD), and is known as the "living fossil of phoenix worshipped by Chu people". It is the only art form of lantern dance among Chinese Han folk dances. In July 2014, it was officially included in the national intangible cultural heritage representative project list.

The Legend of Nuwa

Nuwa, known as Emperor Wa and Empress Nvdi, is said to be Fenglixi (Fenglixi), the god of human creation in the Chinese civilization's theory of "building people from earth", the mother of the earth of creation, the first human history of the Chinese nation, and the primogenitor of blessing mountains, rivers, and countries.
